Where do we send plants and seeds – We can send plants to all UK address. We are unable to send plants into the EU or Northern Ireland due to the new plant health regulations.

Minimum order – there is a minimum order of £20 for plants and £10 for seeds
Seeds – Seeds are supplied with recommended growing instructions to give best results. If you require any further information please contact us by phone or email. We supply seeds that are true to name and are viable but are unable to accept any liability for the failure or resulting crop from them.
Expected delivery time – Plants are sent out by post from February to October. Barerooted plants are sent in February / March and September / October, so there will be greater availablility on these dates. Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 who will send notifications on its progress. If there are any times you are away or cannot accept your plants please make a note on the order and we will avoid those dates.
Packaging – herb plants will be labelled and wrapped in paper with any plastic pots removed to reduce plastic packaging. We use good quality reused packing where possible so the box and packing material may have had a previous use. This is to minimise waste and energy required to produce these materials and help us reduce our environmental impact.
Delivery – In the unlikely event that plants have been damaged in transit or there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by email to [email protected] and include a photo if possible, or phone 01381 610745. All plants supplied are true to name and in good health when delivered. We are unable to accept losses beyond 3 days. If you require advice on how to grow the plants, please contact us by phone or email.
Returns – orders can be cancelled up until they are ready for dispatch. As herb plants are perishable we are unable to offer a refund for plants once sent.
